Should you do isometrics every day?You can do isometrics damn near all day, every day. Isometrics don’t tax your central nervous system and they don’t break down muscle fibers enough to warrant a dedicated recovery day. Do as much isometric work as you want but don’t expect to see a lot of muscle or strength growth from it.
