Re: Money is STILL pending! The paypal hold is part of buyer protection...if a buyer does not receive goods and a seller refuses to refund then paypal have to refund the buyer. So to reduce the risk of them continually having to pay out they hold payments of new sellers until they have a proven track record for selling.
