Freeze for 2 hours, or until solid, and then use immediately or transfer to freezer safe plastic bags until ready to use.Step2Place the frozen watermelon, lime juice, sweetener and 3 tablespoons of water in a large, high powered blender.Step3Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, until desired consistency is reached. It may be necessary to add additional water. Do so 2 tablespoons at a time. Make sure all of the ingredients are being blended together.Step4Serve immediately in cold glasses.
