Vote Forward is a 501 (c) (4) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to empower grassroots volunteers to encourage their fellow citizens in underrepresented communities to vote. We build tools to facilitate communications between Americans to help strengthen our democracy. The project began as an experiment conducted by Scott Forman () in Alabama in 2017.
With a Vote Forward account, volunteers will gain access to their own volunteer Dashboard. From the dashboard, they can adopt voters, download typed letter templates to which they’ll add a handwritten message, manage progress by marking letters “prepared,” and marking them “sent” on the mail date. The Big Send at Work was a first-of-its-kind coalition of businesses who partnered with Vote Forward to help encourage all Americans — including their employees, customers, and broader communities — to vote in the 2020 elections. Your voters' names and addresses will print at the bottom of the letter templates. If you don't have a Vote Forward account, you can register at https://votefwd.org.
