Sign in to the new Exchange admin center and navigate to Recipients > Mailboxes. Select the mailbox or mailboxes to which you want to apply the retention policy. In the details pane, select Mailbox, and then for the Retention policy section, select Manage mailbox policies. Select the retention policy you want to apply and click Save.
