The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They will never answer you or any of your issues. Quotev does not care about it's users, and apparently, it deletes people's accounts to, "make room for new accounts in the new year". I find that absolutely ridiculous.

Since I personally view blown out colors as an encoding flaw and some of the sharpening is too aliased, I'm probably just going to stick with Arid's release for my archive.
