WEBOct 28, 2022 · Four of the five definitions describe patient satisfaction as a reaction to, or outcome of, an interaction between patients and healthcare providers (Findik et al., 2010; Larrabee, 2003; Mrayyan, 2006; Suhonen et al., 2012). Patient satisfaction, in these definitions, is a post‐care assessment.
