On the View tab in Outlook, select View settings. Select Accounts > Email accounts. Select Add Account, and add the Gmail account you want to add. In the email address or username field, add recent: in front of your email address. For example, recent:[email protected]. Change your POP settings to leave a copy of messages on the server. For Outlook, go to Accounts – Advanced – Leave a copy of messages on the server.
