Self-Service has replaced CougarWeb. Self-Service contains all of the features of the old CougarWeb, with an updated and streamlined modern interface. Self-Service is an interactive web application that enables users to view their individual information contained in Columbus State’s Colleague® databases.
What happened to cougarweb?The system behind CougarWeb is being phased out and replaced by a newer, more user-friendly system called Self-Service. Self-Service contains all of the features of the old CougarWeb, with an updated and streamlined interface. Self-Service has already replaced parts of CougarWeb over the last year or so, such as the course registration section.
What can I do with the upgraded cougarweb system?Students will use the upgraded system for most of their college business, including registering for classes, paying tuition and managing their financial aid. The system has an improved course search and, for the first time, CougarWeb will work on your mobile phone! For help, call the Telephone Information Center at (614) 287-5353.
