Go to the Tablet Mode tab under Settings -> System. Toggle the "make Windows more touch friendly" option on or off. Select whether the device switches modes automatically, prompts you or never switches. Click on the action center on the bottom right of your taskbar. Locate Tablet mode, which will be highlighted in blue, then select to disable. Click on the [Start] icon on the taskbar, and then click [Settings]. In Settings, click on [System], then click [Tablet], and then click [Change additional tablet settings]. Toggle the [Tablet mode] setting on or off to switch between tablet mode and desktop mode. Press the Windows key + A to launch Action Center. Click the Tablet Mode quick action tile. Manually turn the tablet mode on or off. Alternatively, click Settings from the Start menu. Click System and select Tablet Mode on the left. Under When this device automatically switches tablet mode on or off, set accordingly.
