Select your modem, and select Troubleshoot Modem. Then, select Restart Device. This can take up to seven minutes. Your home internet will be offline during this process. Troubleshoot your modem through the Xfinity My Account app. Open the app, select the Internet tile, select your modem, and select Restart Device. Report an issue by going to the Xfinity Status Center. Click the Check for Issues button and enter your mobile number if you want to receive text message updates.
