Jul 14, 2019 · On our last trip to Grand forks ( July 1/19 ) we stopped in to Columbia mall, we haven't to mall in years. It was like a ghost town, a lot of stores were closed, ( it was mid day ), the were many empty store locations, and there seemed to be more mall walkers than shoppers, this mall appears to be dying a slow death.
