JavaScript Checkbox Properties
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/Input/checkbox
A checkbox is an HTML element with type="checkbox" that allows the user to select one or more options from a set of choices2. A checkbox can be accessed and manipulated using JavaScript by obtaining a reference to the Input Checkbox object1. autofocus: Sets or returns whether a checkbox should automatically get focus when the page loads. checked: Sets or returns the checked state of a checkbox. This can be used to check or uncheck a checkbox programmatically. defaultChecked: Returns the default value of the checked attribute. This is useful to determine if the checkbox has been changed by the user. defaultValue: Sets or returns the default value of a checkbox. This is the value that is submitted to the server when the checkbox is checked. disabled: Sets or returns whether a checkbox is disabled, or not. A disabled checkbox cannot be checked or unchecked by the user. form: Returns a reference to the form that contains the checkbox. This can be used to access other elements in the same form. indeterminate: Sets or returns the indeterminate state of the checkbox. This is a visual state that indicates that the checkbox has a partial value, such as when some but not all sub-options are selected. name: Sets or returns the value of the name attribute of a checkbox. This is the name of the data point that is submitted to the server when the checkbox is checked. required: Sets or returns whether the checkbox must be checked before submitting a form. This can be used to validate user input. type: Returns which type of form element the checkbox is. This is always "checkbox" for checkboxes. value: Sets or returns the value of the value attribute of a checkbox. This is the value that is submitted to the server when the checkbox is checked.
