Please note: Effective November 1, 2018, CCAPP will not accept more than a maximum of eight (8) CEUs per day. Anyone who completes a renewal after their expiration date must submit a letter to the credentialing board. The letter is to request renewal permission and shall include the reason your renewal was not completed on time.
