2021 Update: Endoscopy in patients on antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy, including direct oral anticoagulants: BSG & ESGE Guidelines Update. We are pleased to announce the online publication of the update to the 2016 collaborative BSG/ESGE guideline on endoscopy in patients on antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy. An extensive revision, and evidence-based update, has been conducted throughout, and a section has been added on the management of patients presenting with acute GI haemorrhage.
