To use Registry Editor to turn on automatic logon, follow these steps: Press Win + R, type "regedit" and hit Enter to open Registry Editor. Navigate to the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. Create a new String Value called "AutoAdminLogon" and set its value to "1". Create a "DefaultUserName" string to store the account name. Create a "DefaultPassword" string to store the password. Select Start, and then select Run. In the Open box, type Regedit.exe, and then press Enter.
Press Win + R, type "regedit" and hit Enter to open Registry Editor.
Navigate to the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
