WEBThe term "adjacent" means that the angle must be next to the designated angle (in this case, <BGD). The adjacent angle cannot contain (in part or in whole) the original angle in which you are comparing to (In short, no overlapping). Because <AGD contains the whole <BGD, <AGD cannot be adjacent to <BGD.
